RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return your purchase, we offer the following:

Full Refund: Within 7 days of purchase
Store Credit/Gift Card: Within 14 days of purchase

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Greek Purchases: Greek merchandise may be exchanged for other Greek merchandise or returned for store credit only. Store credit is valid toward Greek merchandise only and expires one year from the date issued. All Bid Day 2026 gifts must be exchanged or returned for store credit by October 1, 2026. 

Holiday Purchases: Items bought between November 1 and December 24 may be exchanged through January 9, 2027. All exchanges must be unworn, with tags attached. All holiday themed merchandise is final sale.
